- Stock #[removed phone] - The is a beautiful sailboat!This boat has been used extensively by the current owner to take many overnight trips out to Dana Point and the Catalina Islands. When you get on this boat you feel at home. The boat has a very warm feel to it and stocked with supplies and ready to go at a moments notice.The engine on this boat was completely removed last year due to issues that could not be fixed without great expense. The owner bought a new 6 h.p. Yamaha outboard motor as a replacement. The boat is covered when not in use and is well cared for by the current owner with up to date maintenance records and the boat is professionally maintained on a monthly basis.The boats forward cabin sports a double berth with doors that can be removed for easy access to that birth. There are two settee berths both port and starboard near the center of the boat with the coolest quarter berth ever in the aft starboard of the boat. The boat does have cooking facilities but those facilities do not currently work. It has a fairly large galley area with a flat screen TV, fridge, and a large cooler (ice box) at the rear of the galley. The table between the settee-berths can be completely removed for more sleeping room and when used as a table it can be extended out to cover the entire space between the settee berths or folded down to half the size for easy access to the head, forward lockers or the forward double berth.The sails are in great shape and when not in use are covered. This boat needs some TLC on the outside of the boat. There is no damage to any part of the boat that can't be fixed with minor repairs but there is very little that I could spot externally that needed any kind of maintenance except for some elbow grease.
Structurally the boat appears to be in very nice shape especially for the age of the boat. There is no visible hull damage and all sails, rigging's, and safety rails appear to be in very good shape.
The original motor on this boat was removed completely last year and was replaced with an outboard 6 hp Yamaha with 10 gallons of fuel capacity.
None of the instruments in the cockpit or on either side of the aft part of the main cabin work. The owner left them in place for all of the obvious reasons.
The galley is equipped with a two burner stove but that has been disconnected as the current owner does not use that stove. The aft wind gauge at the to of the sail does work but the forward wind gauge at the top of the sail does not work.
In the main cabin the wood has been kept up very nicely and the floor could probably use new carpeting but that carpeting is certainly functional as it stands right now.
The head on this boat is actually very clean and quite roomy.
The forward berth is in good shape and all of the cushions throughout the boat are showing the usual wear and tear that could be expected but they are certainly not torn or ragged by any means.
With the exception of the instruments all of the lighting and electrical outlets are in sound working order including navigation lights.
